Biosystems for clean technology and low carbon economy

The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the CSBE will be held in Beautiful Vancouver July 14-17, 2019. The venue for the meeting will be at the University of British Columbia with on campus housing and accommodations.  The theme of 2019 CSBE/SCGAB AGM is BIOSYSTEMS FOR CLEAN TECHNOLOGY AND LOW CARBON ECONOMY. Contributions are requested  in all areas related to biosystems engineering from micro to macro molecules and from machinery to buildings.  Topics on socio-economic issues including low carbon technologies are welcome.

Authors are kindly requested to submit a well written, clear and informative abstract of approximately 250 words in English or French describing their work, objectives and factual results. The authors should also indicate their preference for an oral (15 min: 12 min presentation and 3 min questions) or poster presentation. The scientific committee will take all measures to satisfy each author’s first choice. Authors will be notified of the decision concerning acceptance after March 31 2019.

Authors are also encouraged to submit an abstract in any emerging area in Bioengineering.
