The Saskatchewan chapter are planning to have their first “Food Engineering Night” in March 2019. The event will be to bridge new and old Saskatchewan Food Industries to researchers and grad students who are working in food engineering/science and technology field at U of S.
Funding agencies who can support industrial research activities will be invited to hear about funding opportunities and programs for industries to work with Universities and R & D Centres. 5 min presentations from the researchers and industries will be given. Foods and beverages will be also provided during the event.
