There is no up front payment required.  Guests will pay by debit, MasterCard or Visa when they check in.  We do not accept cash. Guests will check in, get their keys, and pay at the residence office in the lobby of Arthur Mauro Residence at 120 Dafoe Rd.  Pembina Hall is a short 2 minute walk across the street.

Parking is not included.  If parking is required, they can ask when checking in and our staff will provide a QR code that they will use to arrange parking.

Built in 2011, Pembina Hall is the newest residence on campus. All 360 units in the Pembina Hall Residence are single rooms with an exterior glass wall providing plenty of natural light and spectacular views of the campus to the north and the Red River to the south. Each room is complete with its own private washroom and shower.
